A Palace of Dreams Realized
modern amenities relaxing space
this hotel is really good. the rooms featured modern amenities and a very comfortable bed. the spa facilities were included, and this made for such a relaxing space. i also appreciated the cookies with a lovely note left on the table, and the curtains were closed and cozy for the evening, such a lovely gesture.
the safe in my room was not working when i arrived , but it was fixed quickly. i feel these things should be checked before i arrive. this was a minor inconvenience , but it detracted slightly from my overall experience.

every member of staff within the hotel was cute , helpful, and friendly. they seemed genuinely invested in ensuring i had everything i needed, with prompt attention to every request.

breakfast the following morning was amazing , it offered such a great variety to choose from. i had also the choice from the à la carte menu , and the selections were all wonderful. the freshness and quality of the food were evident.

the hotel's location is close to many attractions , but maintains peaceful quiet surroundings. it provides easy access to cultural sites, shopping and dining options, all within a reasonable walking distance. this made exploring so convenient.

helpful staff great variety
I found the staff helpful . They assisted with directions and provided information about local attractions. The breakfasts offered a great variety of choices. There was also an à la carte menu available.
The spa area was sometimes crowded. It was hard to find space in the jacuzzi.

the superior room had a lot of space. free water at the night tables was a nice touch. i liked the design a lot (especially the lights!).
the hotel had no terrace, that was slightly disappointing.

Adequate Stay. Room Temperature Issue
uncontrollable heating unhelpful staff
The room's heating was uncontrollable. The radiator was on at the highest level and could only be adjusted by reception. I could not open a window, made the room uncomfortably hot and I woke up with a headache. I reported the issue, but the staff did not fix it.

adequate stay, but some issues arose
constant noise small room
the hotel's location met my needs, as it offered reasonable access to local attractions.
My allocated room on the ground floor was quite small. the constant noise from the nearby tram line was disruptive. It continued throughout the day and night. this significantly affected my ability to rest properly .

clean room tasty breakfast uncontrollable temperature unfriendly staff
the room was clean i found the bathroom great the breakfast was tasty with many options i could choose from the service was perfect i really recommend staying here the hotel had really good architecture it was very beautiful inside
i had issues with the room temperature it was uncontrollable i was not able to regulate it myself i reported the issue at reception nothing was done to fix the temperature when i requested cutlery it never arrived staff did not seem very friendly or helpful
